ALVAR UNO offers a 14-day right of withdrawal for unused goods from the day you received the goods. The item must be returned unused, in undamaged condition in any. packaging and with all labels left on the product. Always contact us at support@alvaruno.com before returning the item. It is the customer's responsibility to pack the product well, shipping-damaged products are not approved and will not be refunded.

You as a customer pay the return shipping. Be sure to save your submission receipt.

Return shipping is paid by the customer. Return packages may not be sent against cash on delivery / cash on delivery.

Non-return or right of withdrawal does not apply to individually made items (Sweaters, T-Shirts, Hoodies, Drinking Bottles).



All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT, excluding shipping. Shipping is 69 SEK within Sweden, 199 SEK within the rest of the EU. All orders that exceed SEK 995 are sent free of charge within Sweden.

Order confirmation

When the order is placed in the online store, an order confirmation is automatically sent to you via e-mail. Contact us if you have not received a confirmation within 24 hours.

Payment method

To enter into an agreement with ALVAR UNO, you must be over 18 years of age. If you are a minor, a legal guardian's permit is required.

You can choose direct payment with Visa, Mastercard and Klarna.


Normal delivery time is 10-14 days after ordering customized items. All other items will be sent no later than the next business day after receipt of the order and payment. We send our deliveries with DHL or Postnord. The package will be handed over or sent to your delivery point. The transmission can be tracked and notified via e-mail or SMS. If you want an SMS message, you must enter your mobile number when ordering. The shipping price for your order is specified and paid when you buy it. We deliver in Sweden and within the EU. We reserve the right to sell out and to notify you by email in such cases. It is then possible to cancel part or all of the order or alternatively to receive remaining goods at a later date.

Complaints and transport damage

If an item is defective or packed incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible and let us know what is wrong. ALVAR UNO is responsible for shipping in the event of an approved complaint. If the package has received a shipping damage, it must be reported immediately at Post delivery point.

Unredeemed packages

If the package is not picked up within two weeks, it will be sent back to ALVAR UNO.


All our customers automatically become subscribers to our newsletter. We do not send very many every year and each newsletter contains a unsubscribe button. You can also unregister by contacting our customer service.


ALVAR UNO reserves the right to make typographical errors on the page. We try to do our best for a real color reproduction in our images, but that colors can be perceived in different ways on different screens we can not influence. We reserve the right to change prices and other information from one day to another.

Consumer right

Swedish material law applies to these Terms of Purchase.

 We always strive for our customers to be satisfied with their purchases and with our service. If you are dissatisfied, we therefore ask you to contact us (at support@alvaruno.com), and we will do our best to resolve the situation.

We recommend contacting the online complaints platform available on the European Commission's website: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.

We follow the General Complaints Board's recommendations.

For information about what rights you have as a consumer, we recommend that you visit the Swedish Consumer Agency's website www.konsumentverket.se.

Force majeure

We disclaim responsibility in circumstances beyond our control. These circumstances include war, war-like events, civil war, revolution or rebellion or due to government action, strike, lockout, blockade or similar event.
